1. Services

TravProtocol provides AI agent solutions for hotels and travel businesses, including onboarding and management of property-level AI agents.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your business/hotel to use our services.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

• Use services in compliance with all applicable laws.

• Do not misuse services (e.g., unlawful content, spamming, reverse engineering).

4. Intellectual Property

• TravProtocol retains all rights in its software, brand, and proprietary technology.

• Customers retain ownership of their content, hotel data, and branding.

• Use of TravProtocol’s marks or logos requires prior written consent.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is set forth on our Pricing Page.

• Subscription fees are billed as per the selected plan.

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

• TravProtocol shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost bookings or profits.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us.

• TravProtocol may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Delaware, USA.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
